The screws that connect glass panels with spider support are known as articulated screws or rotules . The functioning of articulated screws is the same for all models and consists on a ball joint, the models change according to the type of glass that will be used and the working requested on the glass sheets. The range also includes various fixed screws, used for the construction of parapets or internal fixed walls.

Minimum glass thickness suitable with countersunk hole is 8 mm, the use of a lower thickness glass creates sharp points that make the glass subject to break easily. With the cylindrical hole it is possible to use glass starting from 6 mm thick.
